I guess some people arnt good with the heat, but we're doing just fine luckily. Love the consistently nice warm days so far. The nights are actually quiet comfortable compared to places like Darwin.

Ok, after some reading, as I understand it, you only loose PR status if it is revoked and remain a PR for purposes of entering Canada until such time

As a PR you still have the right to enter...

We migrated to Canada (Calgary) in 2002. Endured the winters for 4 years before deciding that was enough and emigrated to Australia. Nothing wrong with Canada, just the winters.
