TRA for mechanics

hi can anyone give me the information on how to get these forms so i can apply for it tra for mechanics have looked on immi.gov.au but when i look at form it crashes any help would be grateful :o

i know that $40,000 is equilavalant to approx £17,000.So in comparison were worse off but with 2 kids and a mortage over here we bearly have money left.I think personnally the kids when they grow...
