But it tunrs out she has 2 couisns who have represented Aus at senior levels in Hockey and kayaking!

i was told as long as he has 3 years residnece in the UK under a valid visa he can apply for right of abode.

it will be 3 yrs in august but will call home office to clarify.

i am totally confused as to what must husband needs to be a citizen does one need to hold a british passport?

quick question probably realy dumb was talking to a guy at work and he said the right to abode sticker is only valid until the life of the passport (makes sense) but does that mean we will need to...

we need it all complted by july 2009 as that is when we are moving to Aus so will get more information and get the ball rolling as soon as we can.

yes I was told it is 3 yrs in the country as a spouse that includes the stage where they are not permenant.

do not live there yet but read the papers etc it seems in a lot of terms Aus wanted to be aligned more with Asia especially SE Asia as they are their nearest neighbours etc

Saw a dolphin in Florida once after seeing them at seeworld and then catching site of them just off the beach it was amazing!
