I have to admit the postings of this person are somewhat confusing. They also claim to have been sacked by Westcan after 7 months yet stayed in Canada for two years.

There is confusion there i can also see it very clearly.

You are deemed rehabilitated: at least ten years after commission of the offence.
You are eligible to apply for rehabilitation: five (5)...

Forgive me if i am wrong but as far as i was aware. If you are British and the child is born in Canada it is indeed still British.

From my understanding you cannot renew your TWP without the LMO. So with this in mind those who are out there now on TWP with the viewpoint of PR could be in serious trouble if there company does not...

As someone who is planning on moving out in August on an LMO i am very very worried indeed.

Not only that but the power to revoke existing LMO's is dangerous for those employed and currently...

I'm a fit guy far from unfit and could easily pass my BFT again if need be. I was a RM in REME but believe it or not i also completed P company too.
