Brussels can be expensive but there are many on low salaries who get by so it depends on what you are looking for.

a good old fashioned grocery store which sells goods from UK only including irn bru plus UK books + nice wee tea / coffee area for your clients to sit and enjoy a nice cuppa while browsing books etc?

I lived there for about 16 years and came back five years ago to Scotland. I still have an apartment there and go back inbetween tenants (by the way it is for rent if interested?) The cost of living...
