Our rejection came after meds, PCC check, and job verification: the reason, like the nurse referred to in breezeboylan's reply, was that Lou did not have enough hours in her nominated occupation.

We just had our Colombian Police clearances translated from Spanish to English by Orient Script in Leeds. The price for certified copies of the 4 pages was £40.00 plus VAT, and they turned it around...

I forgot to mention that I contacted Scotland Yard to see if they knew of the certificate from Interpol showing any international convictions, and they said that as far as they knew no such thing...
