Hi just thought I would also add to the debate... I currently live in Benowa which is avery established suburb... But expensive.. Schools are good and we utilize both primary and High School......

I work in Coomera and have a look at all the Estates, there are a mixture really, Coomera Springs and Coomera Landings are ok, a bit cheaper end of the market as well as Devine which also is cheaper...
