Just some tip for you - once you receive all quotes tell both that you are still looking at a more competitive price - if they ask you how much just say 30% less and get re-quoted. May work may not...

TRA OK and meds sent off Aug 2004 and no visa yet. We got asked by our Visa Agent for more details start of March...

Just for future reference - when you get to the stage, which I am sure you will - selling houses - do not tell your estate agent that you are emigrating - what happens it filters though to the buyer...
