SIR Visa

I have read on the forum that anyone who goes to OZ on a SIR visa are guinea pigs (because it's new), so does this mean you may not get your residancy after your 2 years ?

Yes we are Landscape Builders but we also do Horticulture and Design.

Good info on doing the course this had crossed our minds. Do you know who actually does these courses...

No, we are just starting, we are getting all the paperwork together for our TRA, we have to get everything 'certified' C.V.s up to date etc. we are thinking of using a migration agent...

When we sell our house we will have about £135K to come to Oz with, the sort of house your renting at present is what we would be looking for, we have 3 children so would need 4 beds...

Hi Skyblue,

We are just doing this at the moment. We've been told that they do not accept just a copy, you need your copies to be signed by a district judge or doctor etc. there is a name for it...

I live in Newport as well and I agree every shop you go in they are so rude, they don't even bother to look at you when they take your money.

As I said earlier all our advice we are taking from our immigration lawyer, and yes we have read the Skilled Migration Booklet and everything else there is to read on Skilled...
