Yep, thats the one. Theoretically if you live in NZ for 6 months, then leave for 6 months, in any 18, or 24 month period you will only ever do half. Therefore it is possible to do this continually....

Not quite mate, the rule is same in same out. If you stay 6 months, then leave for 6, you can continue to do this continually, as far as I am aware its not cumulative.
