Forget to mention that the couple has a child Canadian Citizen, and the issue of Child Custody has arisen, therefore the wife will be required to come and attend Child custody...

Question Six months no date for interview!

It is now six months from the time my file was transferred from Buffalo to LA for an interview, I have not been given the date/time. Does any one know how long this will take?

According to the email notes on my caips the officer responsible to do verification of my work experience wrote… numbers seem to be out of service, even the numbers listed in the phone directory....

The IA letter is indeed good news, but no interview required at this time means nothing coz it can be changed to interview required once results from background/security checks starts to come in....
