H R U. I am sure you have visited the ACS website for assessment purpose. U need to have 4+ years of experience in ur nominated occupation along with UGC recognise degree.

I submitted my IELTS result after about 5 months of 136-Visa application . During that period my CO did'nt ask for IELTS result.

Yes I think the most likely reason for the delay of applications is some internal mater of DIMIA.

Are you a pre-july applicant. and are you from region 2.
