Yesterday, he found out that indeed he received the email, but possibly ignored it. So many email hit our inbox and sometimes we ignore them.

I dont know if he comes under "excessive demand" or some other category! I am not an expert, but if he has TB, dont you think it is a medical condition that can render the visa officer to deny his...

CSQ is the Certificat De Selection Du Quebec. You have to have it to be able to "land" in Quebec.

If you are not from a visa-waiver country, then you will have to mention on the visa application about your PR application! It will depend on the visa office to give u the visa or not. Chances are...

I dont think even Quebec needs any income requirements for the spouse sponsorship.
