Yesterday, he found out that indeed he received the email, but possibly ignored it. So many email hit our inbox and sometimes we ignore them.

Does that mean that they have to be divorced before he can take her off? She is not willing to give him divorce but rather making his life miserable.

I dont think even Quebec needs any income requirements for the spouse sponsorship.
