No its the Medicare contribution. We know we can get the $14,000 back from Centre Link after 10 years, its the buying into Medicare bit they had to do for the visa. It was a long shot I didn't think...

I'll be interested to hear what you find out about form 80, my mom has not heard of it either. They too are applying with an agent. Lodged 30 November 2007.
