The couple of time I checked with Moneycorp who I've set up an account with they were giving approx 2 cents less than the trading rate showing online .. which would mean that they should be giving...

Anyone got any idea why the £ plummeted again gainst the C$ in the last couple of days ?

It's been steadily picking up since early August but has now lost 5 cents since Friday .. :-(

OK from reading on here and the Ontario Drivers licence site it seems that it is pretty straightforward to swap a UK licence for an ON one.

If I were to do this and then went to Nova Scotia, say...

Likewise .. there's a nice little chart you can bring up on their site that lets you watch the trades going on .. it gets addictive tho .. Ok I know it's sad watching exchange rate fluctuations! :-)...

Flown with Canadian Affair a few times now and always been happy with them. Most of their flights that I've been on have 35" leg room - way better than a lot of scheduled airlines.
