Our timeline is very similar and we've just been told today that 'up to' 6 months from submission of 90 day update so that fits with the 4 months from 90 day deadline. You really should be...

You're at a slightly different stage because we haven't received med requests yet (fingers crossed any day now) but we had a baby late last year and added him to our application at the 90 day...
