I have been told average 15months until interview.
This is because of current backlog caused by change in points...

In the late 70's I lived in Calgary with my family for about 3 years. I was 9 or 10 at the time.However I had a sin card and still have it.
Is it possible to still use it,legally or otherwise? ;)
