I assume that's what it is, but on the ESTA website it says a decision will be given within 72 hours, even for a rejection.

At the moment we are in limbo. I have an appointment in London mid Feb...

Our Esta applications have been pending for over a week. As I understand you cannot reapply while they are pending but there seems to be no way to contact them to discuss.

Kuwait was a potential option as it was close by and had a much shorter estimates wait time for an interview compared to KSA.

Iâ€™ve now managed to get an appointment in London which works well...
