Can anyone please advise how to get a copy of a Police Clearance Certificate from Saudi, while currently working there.

It was mentioned this can be done through absher but it's not clear how to do this.

Which city are you in? I am undergoing this and from my understanding there are 2 options.

1) your current employer requests one for your through the AMN portal (you will have to accept the request on Absher) and then they can get you a copy (you cannot get a copy of this through Absher and they said they will only release it to the employer)

2) ask your employer for a letter requesting a police cert / or whoever is requesting (and if no one is requesting in particular or you need to keep us quiet then go to the UK a embassy, they will give you a letter that states they no longer do letters and so accept passport and iqama for Brits, there is a copy of this letter on the UK embassy website but poor quality). Get said letter attested by MOFA (SAR 30 or so) after booking an appt there, then through Absher book and appt for criminal record (or something like that) and go to the respective police station and hand in your letter etc. Then collect letter in 2 weeks (google says in Riyadh they issue it in a few hours but I’m not there so couldn’t say).
