Not been to Tauranga yet so can't comment on it.But if we wanted to go and visit it would be a long drive on (poor by UK standards) single carriageway roads.Do people still subdivide their sections...

Hi Hubbard.If the right job came up in Australia we would be out there like a shot,no house to sell afterall.We would give it a go and see how we got on.We have family over there who seem to like it...
