I remember stressing about this too. I got all my documents certified. Notarising costs a fortune whereas cetifying is much cheaper.

I don't know about OHIP but it took us half an hour in the office for SIN but that was on the 23 rd december so M not sure if it was a short wait for that reason. Yes and it was in missisauga.

My son is now completing his Alevels. He has applied to un of calg..he has chem at O'levels but is doing the math and physics at Alevels...Did your son have the phys and chem at OLevels?...
