Question - my cousin has a ticket flying with Delta Airlines for September from LHR to ATL.
Everything I've read says that unless it is for work or special visa, no tourists are allowed.

Just chaps my ass that the fee is so high.
I have a copy of the Naturalization Certificate but alas that doesn't meet any RealID criteria.
