Have flown NZ > LA > UK several times with Air NZ....

The Air NZ "Holding Pen/Transit Lounge" does provide free tea/coffee/water....crisps,biscuits,fruit.......not enough toilets though !...

If you are buying AUD and selling GBP and the Interbank rate is quoted at 0.40, then I would think the rate you get will be HIGHER (ie 0.4025) not LOWER (0.3975) otherwise you are getting BETTER than...

As has already been mentioned, unless the quotes are at exactly the same it is unfair to say who is better . The GBP/AUD Interbank quote is usually quoted around 0.0015 pts spread
