I removed the US address completely from my CV as it seemed weird having a US address with a local telephone number.

Try to get a reference letter from your x-collogues.... it is better. Most likely your x-collogues will get a call from DIMIA so ask them...

Skill Assesment is getting complex these days. I would suggest you to contact a immigration Agent and ask them to evaluate yours skills. There are many Agents who can do this free as well.

I have been living in USA for 5 years now.... I sent just the FBI clearance and got my PR approved. So Local PCC is not required.
