1. DVD Decrypter (a nice shareware prog) for stripping out copyright and region info from DVD's so you can use:

3. Tmpgenc; good for making DVD/VCDs from downloaded video files so they play on the DVD player under the telly

5. Norton Utilities to stop your windows falling out!

Naughty aren't ya? Am sure you can tell the difference b/w soft and hard by the sound of things. Plug in...plug out, am sure you've had many of those.
