Looks like we've got an impromptu trip in a couple

pretty sure the website says as I'm not in the USA my I-130a doesn't need to be signed just filled in as hubby is filing from USA and will
sign his and the same for photos
i will check...

we're doing it from stateside first so he's submitting the I-130 etc and then we wait wait wait
he has no leave

the USCIS site states that if the spouse (me) is not in the USA then the I-130a doesn't have to be signed 🤦‍♀️ And photos not needed for spouse if not in USA

Trying to slowly gather information that's not time sensitive so I phoned my GP to ask for my immunisation records

Yes the kids are dual with both passports
the older two are 18+ so not unduly worried about them
Hes stayed mainly in the US so is only a US citizen
we were young and stupid so didn't know diddly...
