I think they just felt sorry for her and didn't want to get her into lots of trouble. She was lucky she has a nice case officer! Put it down to experience and move on!

Thanks to everyone for your responses, actually immigration officers who interviewed her said its a grey area as she essentially was a family friend who lived with us and was paid in GDP not USD....

I have started my Global entry application process today and yes E2 visa is allowed through Global Entry.

This wont be done by the time we fly out Sat but as we have a 6 month old...

Hi its definitely not 30 days the website has been wrong for ages. its 45 working days (so Mon-Fri) minus all UK and US bank holidays plus their admin days. There is no list of Londons admin days...

Today we received our invitation to schedule our appointments- its Day 47!

NO appointments available so called them and she said to keep checking- Im on it every 10 minutes!!!
