I went down the Montgomery GI Bill Route, currently working to get my associates in service and then it'll help pay a lot towards a Bachelors. Very helpful!

Thank you! Yea I’m conditional but I’m in the process to enlist in the army at the moment so should that all work out I will bypass that but if that falls through I will make sure I do that.

I use Hifx, good and secure, you have to upload documents such as ID, bank statement etc, payment took couple of days.

In in the same boat with everyone, only transferred a bit over at a time due...

Yea I came in on a k1 May 10th. Went to SS office on 24th and they completed the application and I’m now waiting for an SSN. From reading the above I can get married without one and put in for AOS...

That sucks, the counties around here require a SSN to get married so if it takes too long I guess I’ll look at the nearest place we can go that it doesn’t require just in case.

I’m on a k1 and put in for a SSN on May 24th after being in the country 14 days. Still waiting for it to come, called the SS office and they said it’s still pending checks by Homeland Security....
