Question passport questions

Applying for my first passport! I received my citizenship by UKM with all your help. Big shout out to the amazing Britinparis!

I asked the help line a few times and received different answers. . ....

I was immediately charged the £80 when I applied. Biometerics a few months ago. Now the retrieval letter. No further correspondence than above.

The email requests a pickup by courier, i.e. DHL etc
