I'd look at getting the documents uploaded in the meantime and then just wait for them to get in touch with you whether you can use the app or need to make an appointment.

i think it was this one. You can also do a B1 test and then use that for the first extension and then for the 2nd extension if the certificate is still valid, that's what others have told me.

There is no way that they will be running on schedule, while there is a pandemic going on, I think the sooner the Home Office comes out and lets us know what is happening, the better it will be....

Ah, the solicitor that I was with, I did go to see him and he mentioned that the price had gone up! I'm sure it was something like £600 before.

Now I'll have to pay £1,000. Yikes.

Maybe they have confused your application with someone else? I would speak to a local MP and then get them to make enquiries on your behalf to see what on earth has gone on.

Nothing you can do other than wait. The call centre don't have a clue, I wouldn't believe a word they say. Don't waste money contacting them.
