i think it was this one. You can also do a B1 test and then use that for the first extension and then for the 2nd extension if the certificate is still valid, that's what others have told me.

Maybe they have confused your application with someone else? I would speak to a local MP and then get them to make enquiries on your behalf to see what on earth has gone on.

Nothing you can do other than wait. The call centre don't have a clue, I wouldn't believe a word they say. Don't waste money contacting them.
