Re: got it at last - THE REFUSAL

We did explain four months ago
but it seems not to have convinced them.
The actress-webpage finding was new though.
No more chance to comment on that.
Would possibly have been futile as well....

Angry got it at last - THE REFUSAL

After 15 months of waiting they sent us a refusal.
As a result of time-consuming background checks
it was concluded that we had provided false information
concerning work experience.

Reasons:...

Re: Acknowledgement.... What's it all about?

Acknowledgement.... What's it all about?

After complaining about not having received any acknowledgement of receipt
DIMIA told me, that they didn't acknowledge the reception of documents as a matter of principle.

What is it then, when...

Wink Re: Feb 06 Visa Applications

From what I've read here, I'd say that 6-8 weeks is a bit long.
One usually gets an acknowledgement after 2 weeks.

They might be busy though.
I've been waiting for 2 weeks and 3 days now...

Re: STNI application declined

Am I getting you right?
A general skilled independent visa (136),
valid in Victoria AND all the other states is actually easier to obtain
than an STNI sponsorship in Victoria,
which is only a...

Re: STNI application declined

Hello George,

I am surprised to hear that.
I would have thought a TRA assessment was already an official approval
to Australian standards like a more-than-enough qualification.
And after all:...

Angry Re: STNI application declined

Appreciated, Lacey!
It's hardly believable that my qualifications and experiences should not be sufficient.
It seems, they have lost the accompanying documents somehow.
Could it be, that the SMU...

Question STNI application declined

Despite having 16 years of work experience and TRA approval as a hairdresser the Victorian government would not grant a sponsorship.

Re: Apartment hotels in Brisbane

Try City Park Apartments in Spring Hill.
I stayed there 3 years ago for a couple of weeks.
Overlooking the city and very close to the aquatic centre.
Underground car park.

We've been together for 11 years
with all sorts of proof but we
DO NOT have a shared bank-account
and also DO NOT live under one roof officially....
