Question Will I be a legitimate defacto spouse?

My partner is applying for skilled independent.
We've been together for 11 years
with all sorts of proof but we
DO NOT have a shared bank-account
and also DO NOT live under one roof officially.

Is there any chance that I will qualify for defacto?

I think you should get some professional advice to explore this further as it does not sound simple.
