The business is owned by a white American and has a white American worker.
Why dont you like Spanish workers. (The language barrier was never a problem for me)
I know landscaping is a hard business...

Landscape maintenance,- lawn care, installation, etc (I done that before while I was there, so I have the experience)
I can speak Spanish. Well enought to get me by anyway.

This business has better sales as they are in the $100k range apart from this year (2016) and the net income is bigger.
I was just worried about the sales loss between 2015-2016 as its about $40k

Unhappy Business for an e2 visa

After I start to make by lift back here, I'm offered a business for sale back in the states.

I'm not sure as the figures to me look marginal. Any opinion?

2015 sales $134,883 net income left...

I won't be getting a b visa to change status, as I can't get an esta I have to go down that route if I want to return on holiday.
My home and job is now here back in UK.

You assume wrong there is no romantic interest there at all.
I only had to leave the states due to a problem with the other shareholder or the business. They did not want to grown or do anything, so...

I went for a e2 visa got refused based on the current business numbers.
So I done the esta today and one of the questions is have you ever been denied a visa.
I don't know if that's a yes or no.

Yes that was the length.
I was told that this was the cheapest way to ship my boxes. As a shared contained would be more expensively.
They also offer pallets service.
