Hi everyone,

I finally got my E2 Visa interview date it is for this Friday 23rd September at 8am. Im just preparing currently for it. My question is please can anyone give me an insight as to what kind of questions were asked and how long they tend to spend on the interview?

Also what documents can i take with me to prove my attachments with UK an intention to depart USA once my business is finished. I currently don't have residence and have been staying at my in laws house and I have a my 3 year attending nursery for which I have a letter my wife and I have bank statements for the last 3-4 months as well as credit card statements, I've also signed a letter stating my clear intention to depart from US once everything is finished business wise. Will this be sufficient to prove ties with UK?

Any feedback and info is appreciated as always.

To make my last post clearer:

- No residential address in UK but my bank statements reflect address of in laws
- Letter and contract from my sons nursery to show his attendance there
- Bank statements and credit statements from last 3-4 months

Will this be sufficient to shows ties or attachments to the UK?

My questions were:
Did I like living in kissimmee
What marketing will I do for this new business
What was my personal status
Have I done this work before
I can't think of the others but there were all about my personally not the business
She did not ask to see any paperwork as they have that already.
I was there about 3hrs questioned for 20 minutes

Thanks for your reply. I really hope it works out for me as my application has taken almost 6 months end to end it would be a shame to have it all rejected at this point.
