No, the letter we had says application will stay Mississauga untill received schedule A, (police check and IMM5669) after which it will be forwarded to visa office

Received AOR by email 2 February. Sponsor approval 8 February.
Sponsor approval email says Mississauga will hold application for PR untill received form...
