Thanks for all the info. My kids currently attend a C of E school so are not averse to RE although not sure I am prepared to go down the Catholic route.

Interesting - have not looked at this area yet. Thought we would have to go out much further.
Not keen to rent as don't want to have to move the kids schools again - they have been around a lot...
