Sure, but are those applications not taking a long time just now too? My original GC application was approved in less that 6 months back in 2018 too, when the norm appeared to be about 18 months.

Hi guys, we had the interview today...and happy to announce that the agent recommended it for approval!!! :D

tbm I left the UK in Aug 2017 however I was going back and forth a lot through 2016 & 2017, so that is why I had to eventually pay US tax in both those years (according to the company accountant).
