I bi%^h a lot about the US, in particular the education system, however, would I do it again? In a heartbeat. Our QoL is far better here than vs the UK.

For heavy duty equipment with standard (220-240V) needs it is worthwhile to consult foreign electricians. They prob dont have to be in the US though

I agree on the CoL comments above. For my family, 300k income is comfortable, with all the insurances etc. New England area. Lifestyle comes into account.

Ive been once and was nothing out of the ordinary. Not too weird by American standards. The real odity is not being able to pump gas into your own car, that is like being transported back ot the 50s

I recently had mine renewed. The software rejected the photo, however there was a box to defend why it should be accepted. I filled it out and never heard back (apart from getting my new passport!).
