Part 2 is all squared away, just part 1 missing, and I paid tax on the full amount (both ~6000 each year (whatever the max contribution limit was)).

So basically im an idiot

My first landord in the US was satiated with cold, hard, cash. First, last, three months up front. Bought enough time for Bank accounts and social etc

I have a sob story. Rear ended someone in a CRV 4 years ago, then scratched 15k worth of damage into a E350 last year.

Our 6 month Geico policy for a 22 E350 and a 21 GLE is now 4600 USD.

Greater Boston area has world class private schools around ~60k/year, currently hemorrhaging faculty to the UMass system which is rapidly catching up and much cheaper.

Precisely this. I love Mrs PEP, but, I absolutely want the same citizenship as my daughter. You never know what $hit show is down the line.
