Really appreciate your advice.

Ideally we would want a business that we can be involved in upto 9 months of year them totally closed down so we can travel to see family etc..
We would be happy...

Budget €250,000 ..

Area : "Ideally" within 30 minutes of Coast, but willing to consider any legal options if business partner and business are...

A pool is not important to us, we had one before when kids were younger and the only one who used it regularly was the dog!
Anything we can buy for less than construction...

Putting in the miles is not a problem have no issues at all doing that, just trying get an idea where to start looking based upon what other people have found interesting...

Finding a spot the wife and myself agree on is likely to be the main challenge !!! But we do need Internet and cell service to keep in touch with kids overseas... Thank you for your response..

Arrabida, Sesimbra and Setubal sound very interesting as we are looking for a place to live out ide of major cities.
A village with plenty of amenities within 30 mins-1...
