Default Anyone looking for partner to handover

We are looking to reocate to Portugal and looking for tourism related business.
We know little/nothing about business in Portugal and Ideally would like to find someone who is looking to retire/sell up in next 12/24 months and initially come in as partners in business to learn business and after agreed period buy business outright...

None..Ideally business that can be operated 6-9 months of year then totally shut down to allow travel etc, but wiling to compromise of right business/partner was available...
