Here in Valencia they charge 3% commission when you buy a property, I think that is wrong, but what can you do if all state agents do the same?????

That is true, Sky does not operate in Spain, we are here only three months and we contacted a british guy here who does all this instalation including the dish, and since then we enjoy all Sky...
