Thanks for replying Geordieborn. Not too far away, less than an hour. Pineto beach is lovely, we have spent a lot of time on it, as we are only 5 mins walk away :) But we leave soon for the north.

The soil in the garden is quite light, its a long time since it has been used as an 'orto'. Will have to get composting!
