Long shot...
My Mum died last year aged 95yrs, an Auschwitz and Mauthausen survivor. She was compensated and received a war pension.
Our problem is now, it is still being paid into her Italian bank account and we are unable to find where it is coming from to stop the payments. The bank, for some strange reason doesnt know!
Any ideas please?

What do her bank statements say?

How are you getting on with your dual citizenship application? My application has been in Salvini's office for over a year now! I can't imagine the new boss improving things very much.

philat98 - more problems. I am moving to Mums apartment in August so will try and sort the discrepancies at her birth and residence comunès. Once thats done I will have to employ one of the big guns lawyers.

Because it is the MEF ( ministero dell'economia e finanza) that deals with compensations and war allowances, not INPS.
The bank must know where the monies come from.
