its the price you originally paid for the boat + shipping costs+insurance all plus GST and remember you must prove!! the price paid to Customs and excise otherwise they decide the value...

Thanks for mentioning expensive mistake! geelong gent, yep your right it was, but with the rise in land prices in PC over the period since we brought it has gone up 80k on the price we paid...

Well for the record

We brought land a few years ago subject to FIRB rules which allows non perm residents to buy new, land or off plan, as you have said PC is 25km from the cbd and is a growing...
