you need to call also? i just called and it said to call if you have to change for naturalization but said nothing about for AOS... what do i have to do for the I-864?

grrrr. ok i sent off my paperwork in december of last year, my NOA date being January 6th (i sent it to jacksonville who then routed it to NBC)... I STILL haven't received my EAD, I DO have the iEAD...

wow jenney - thanks! i forgot to mention that my hubby also has a USAA account and my credit card was also USAA - i dont know if that makes a difference! what branch of the service?

im not sure of the immigration rammifications - or if there even are any (as i was on an F1 visa not a K1) but if you're married then your husband can definately get credit cards in his name through...

hi wendy! i think that you can only check case status online if you've received NOA's from the NBC and your case number starts with MSC - therefore, with yours starting with CVS-BC I dont think that...

count me as a "poor bugger" who filed earlier than february... my receipt notice says december something or other but my notice date is January 6th and still haven't heard anything about...
