congrats on your visa you have no idea how lucky you are to get this visa, as most people coming here get a e2 visa that doesn't lead to a green card wow you enjoy it you have like won the lottery...

I would find out how long it is going to take your brother to get you the visa , and look into the nursing route as it would get you where you want to be and the best thing you could keep your money...

All in all it took about 6 months from start to finish and when we applied for us passports we paid the quick processing and made appointment at post office to check application they make 15 minute...
