Thank you i sent them an email, the phone number is only recorded voice and not a person unfortunately.
I wonder if they even answer the emails.

Thank you.
I finally got the letter but the home office reference number is 2 letters followed by 13 digits. There is only space for 7 digits on where it says Home office Reference Number.

EEA2 getting back our passports

Hello all,
We applied for the EEA2 under SS a week ago and still haven't heard from the UKBA.
Do we have to hear from them in order to ask our passports back?
We both have jobs abroad soon and...

Do we need to add the German residency card to the application? they say only originals and if we also send my wife's residency card she is left with no identification cards. What do you guys think?

From what I understand she can ask for her passport back after she applies. Are you sure about the ability to work with EEA permit? (she just got it), I thought she need the EEA2 to be able to start...

After you helped us so much with the EEA, I am writing you now to ask about the EEA2.
My wife (got the EEA visa through Surinder Singh) and I (British) are moving to the UK in a month....

So.... it took only 8 days and we got the passports back with the EEA visa inside!!!

Now for the EEA2 once we're there....

We decided not to add the email about the job so it will not look like she is starting to work before she will have an EEA2.
We are applying on Monday - wish us luck!!!

Back to the subject... my wife's proffesion is aerial acrobatics teacher. She has been offered 2 jobs already in london but she will have to be self employed (this is how it goes in her proffesion)...

Thank you guys, I think I found the right Visa, is it "Family Member of an EEA National"?

I also have another question, when we applied for a spouse visa a year and a half ago we got as answer...
