I feel sorry for those who may come across this while trying to get relevant, coherent, cogent information on the subject.

Back to the subject... my wife's proffesion is aerial acrobatics teacher. She has been offered 2 jobs already in london but she will have to be self employed (this is how it goes in her proffesion) should we write in the cover letter that she's been offered that? Will it help? We submit it all this Monday.

Yes emilyscage. Put it in the cover letter.. It is not a condition that you have to have secured employment for a return to the UK but it can only help. Remember, proof is required if you do mention it.

She has a correspondence with them on email, not a formal letter. Will it be enough?

We decided not to add the email about the job so it will not look like she is starting to work before she will have an EEA2.
We are applying on Monday - wish us luck!!!

I beg to differ: "The UKBA has since been disbanded by Home Secretary, Theresa May, who had come to the conclusion that the agency was simply ‘not good enough’."

The UKBA no longer exists = disbanded.

I must admit I'm fascinated by your wife's profession.... It sounds like she will have no trouble finding employment in London.
