We are trying to learn the basics, what I meant was we would be nowhere near fluent and probably never will be as several people have pointed out it takes years to learn another language properly....

We live right on the coast in North East Scotland, and I do not suffer from hay fever as far as I know, it is more general allergies that have never been diagnosed properly, but they have got worse...
