Nothing really (except that it is trying to imitate BBC news). Its just that she has been in a similar role here in the US and she does not want to do that again anywhere.

No Sir - we do get some relief from the IRS. The Foreign Earned Income Exclusion (applicable only when US citizens file their taxes) for the year 2014 is USD 99,200 of taxable income.
